Biography : David Kilcullen
|
David Kilcullen is one of the world’s leading experts on guerrilla warfare and has a phd in political anthropology. He advises many Western governments on the ‘war on terror’, Gordon Brown’s amongst them. He was previously senior counterinsurgency Adviser on the staff of General David Petraeus in the us military, and remains an advisor to the us state department. He has served in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, the Horn of Africa, Europe and south-east Asia, working with military, diplomatic, police, intelligence and aid agencies.
